Tomorrow Health is a web-based HIPAA compliant marketplace created to connect patients to DME suppliers based on objective criteria that provides patients with the best care possible.
How does Tomorrow Health work?

Workflow Quick Tips

Mark order status
Leave a comment updating us on the order status if the order is past its designated SLA or if you need to get in touch with our team with questions.

Accept or reject orders
Accept or reject an order within 2 hours for standard orders and 1 hour for urgent orders. Only accept an order if you are certain you will be fulfilling it.

Leave a cancellation reason
If you need to cancel an order, leave a detailed comment with the reason for order cancellation. We will then match the order to another supplier.

Last re-supply orders
If you utilize a single account across multiple locations, leave a comment to indicate which location will fulfill the order.

Confirm fulfillment location
If you utilize a single account across multiple locations, leave a comment to indicate which location will fulfill the order.

Ensure speed and reliability
After accepting the order, call the patient to confirm their order needs and process the order as soon as possible.

A member visited our retail location to get their DME order, can we service the order?

Yes, you may service that order. Please have the patient sign the patient preference form and submit to Tomorrow Health post-service, along with complete order documentation. After servicing the order, submit the patient preference form. For more guidance, refer to the DME Manual, under “Servicing Members in Retail Locations."

How do I service onsite/supply closet DME?

Onsite DME: Supply Closet Products
Some DMEPOS providers maintain an onsite supply of equipment & supplies at servicing provider offices, post-acute settings, and hospitals -- commonly known as Supply Closets or Consignment. If you have onsite supply with a facility or provider, you can service these members directly if equipment / supplies is to be distributed onsite. You must then fax corresponding prescriptions to Tomorrow Health at least 1 week prior to submitting claims to Geisinger Health plan for reimbursement.
Faxes for Onsite DMEPOS should be sent to 855-916-1805 and must contain the following information:

Supply Closet Products: Orthotics
Orthotics suppliers providing DME can dispense orthotics as per their usual processes. You should then fax corresponding documentation to Tomorrow Health the day of DME dispensal.

How do I service refills and ongoing prescriptions?

Any order that requires a new prescription should be sent to Tomorrow Health. Prescription refills may be processed through the existing DME supplier, and do not need to come through TH prior to servicing a new order.
Q. Do ongoing prescriptions with refills remaining need to be ordered through Tomorrow Health?
A. No, you can work with the referring provider and patient directly to refill the prescription.
Q. Do modifications to ongoing prescriptions with refills need to be ordered through Tomorrow Health? For example, a mask change for CPAP therapy?
A. No, you can work with the referring provider and patient directly to refill the prescription.
Q. Do new prescriptions or prescription renewals with no refills remaining need to be ordered through Tomorrow Health? For example, the patient sees the physician after using incontinence supplies, and now needs catheters?
A. Yes, please redirect the Referring Provider to order through Tomorrow Health in order to be reimbursed. Do not service this order directly. If this order comes through directly from a patient, please leverage the patient preference form. -
