Mark order status
Leave a comment updating us on the order status if the order is past its designated SLA, or if you have questions for our team.
Accept or reject orders
Accept or reject an order within 2 hours for standard orders and 1 hour for urgent orders. Only accept an order if you are certain you will fulfill it.
Self-cancel orders
If you need to cancel an order, self-cancel on our platform and leave your reasoning for the cancellation. We will match the order to another supplier.
Confirm fulfillment location
If you utilize a single account across multiple locations, leave a comment to indicate which location will fulfill the order.
Ensure speed and reliability
After accepting an order, call the patient to confirm their needs and process the order as soon as possible.
