Partnering with Geisinger Health Plan to Improve Patient Healthcare at Home
Today we are thrilled to share that we are partnering with Geisinger Health Plan (GHP) to provide more than half a million patients with access to curated home durable medical equipment and supplies. Geisinger is widely recognized as one of the most innovative healthcare organizations in the country, and we are honored to be partnering with them on this home-based care model. We are joining forces to improve the home-based care experience for patients by ensuring that patient orders are serviced with accuracy, speed, and exceptional service.
Tomorrow Health was founded to solve the complex challenge that patients and their families face in coordinating and delivering care at home — from finding the right equipment to communicating between physicians and insurance. We streamline the home-based care experience by matching patients with best-in-class medical equipment suppliers, simplifying the ordering, product selection and delivery processes, and offering high-touch support courtesy of our Care Advocates at every step.
Given the dramatic increase in the need for home-based healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic, it was critical to launch this partnership to ensure that patients receive safe and reliable care right in their own homes. Since launching on January 1, we have collaborated with over five hundred physicians and hospitals and over one hundred medical equipment suppliers to serve thousands of patients in need of healthcare at home. We look forward to our continued partnership to improve patient care in central and northeast PA.
